This patient underwent surgery in the 1990's, having a breast augmentation with saline implants. Over time her breast have become larger and droopy. She chose to have her implants removed and replaced with saline and to have the breast lifted.

The Pre Operative photo above shows the breast are sagging and resting on the abdomen. The areolas are large and the patient desired to have them smaller.
